Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel extraordinary in your Teuta Matoshi piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn garment in its original packaging with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our atelier will inspect the item. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
